Quality Assurance
The quality of cooked dishes is checked by a certified quality assurance department, based on the receipt of the orders to the delivery of the products. The quality assurance guarantees the strict respect for the specifications and ensures that the client will be able to trace the products right from the supplier of the raw materials.

Each of the process – from preparation to presentation – is organized to meet the international standard of constant food hygiene. The quality assurance verifies every stage in the production chain to guarantee the best quality in accordance to HACCP (hazard analysis critical control point) standard.

For laundry services and housekeeping & maintenance management, AIC services included washing and ironing employee’s uniforms, cleaning, and making up room – all with star hotel standard services.
