Quality Assurance AIL standard of quality ensures every operations is conducted with a guarantee of the service quality, in accordance to product specifications and safety as required by the customer.
During the receiving process, all products are physically checked by our quality assurance staff, ensuring the expire date and specifications actually meet the airlines’ requirements.
During the storage process, products that have passed the quality control checking will be stored based on our strict standard operating procedure. The storage facilities adapt first in first out (FIFO) system to control the expiry date of each products. All of AIL’s storage facilities undergo pest control regularly to keep a high standard in hygiene and safety.
