ACS uses only the freshest and the best best local and imported ingredients to create high quality dishes. All food and beverages are processed under strict supervision from the Quality Assurance Division, to ensure cleanliness, health, quality, and consumability according to the international food safety standards.

ACS also applies the very strict standard operation procedures according to ISO 9001-2000, which included HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) certification. To guarantee its religious safety, ACS holds a ‘Kosher Certificate” (Sertifikat Halal) from Indonesian Islamic Board ( Majelis Ulama Indonesia /MUI).
