The daily operational activities of airlines are often closely knit with imported goods. ACS has a structured and professionally managed system for handling various imported and custom controlled goods. The process encompasses receiving, storing, delivering, and also preparing the various reports and documents that is required.

Airline Equipment Handling
Before, during and after each flight ACS manages and prepares all dishes and related equipments for use. We make sure the cleanliness of the equipments through a strict washing process, and then rearrange and store them according to the airlines manual at the Loading Order Sheet (LOS) and or Airline Catering Manual.

Dishwashing
Applied at each of the crockery and other specific equipment, our dishwashing process is renowned for its thoroughness and detailed procedure that includes uploading from airplanes under a strict 82 degree celcius temperature, the usage of specific detergent and proper washing machines.

Laundry & Cabin Services
ACS has a way of  handling cabin equipments and logistics for each flight – from pillows to blankets, from inflight magazines to earphones – ensuring that they all stay in a perfect and clean condition. Later on, all of these equipment will also go through a strict cleaning process using modern laundry machines that is done on a regular basis.

Transportation & Delivery
ACS has a facility of 51 high loader trucks and 53 vans, all operating 24 hours a day and able to serve up to 300 flight daily. It only takes 10 minutes to deliver goods to international terminal and 5 minutes to domestic terminal.

Airport CIP Lounge
ACS also manages Executive Lounges located in the domestic departure area in certain aiports such as Jakarta, Denpasar, and Medan. Our Executive Lounge is equipped with deluxe facilities for the passengers: local and international magazines and newspapers, telephone, television, computer, internet, reflexology, smoking area and a waiting room before departure.

From meetings, ceremony to celebrations, ACS will provide the excellent dishes that will make the event something to remember. We even provide ground services for delayed aircrafts, making the time to wait more comfortable by serving delectable food and drinks to the passengers.
