Hot Kitchen
This is where the raw materials are prepared and turned into delectable dishes through certified quality assurance process – be it steaming, frying, baking, or boiling. From the hot kitchen the dishes will be sent to the cold kitchen, where it will be put on tray and later stored at the chiller room. The hot kitchen is equipped with modern facilities such as electric stoves, exhaust fans, ovens, chillers, hot and cold water supply, dishwashers, and many more.

Cold Kitchen
Dishes that requires freshness and cool temperature are prepared in this kitchen – from salads to sliced fresh fruit, freshly squeezed fruit juice to sandwiches and other appetizers. All the dishes will later be stored at the chiller room before being delivered on board.

Bakery, Pastry & Chocolate
Our bakery is equipped with modern equipments, and it never failed to deliver the freshest and tastiest of breads, snacks, and chocolates – the important element of a hearty breakfast, lunch and dinner. The process is done under a strict quality assurance control according to each customer’s requirements.

Pre-cut Vegetables
Our kitchens are equipped with two pre-cut vegetables room, where the fresh and delicious fruits and vegetables are delicately cut and washed. These fruits and vegetables will play an important part in the preparation process done at the hot and or cold kitchen later on.

Menu Planning
Through this part of the production process, ACS will propose a set of menus according to each airline’s needs and requirements. New recipes are created on a regular basis, and presented with competitive prices without sacrifing the overall quality. We welcome and encourage discussions, and our chef is available to speak with you directly to answer any questions and provide assistance. Our menu planning specialists will then manage, analyze and suggest the quantity of the raw materials needed in the kitchen, store and purchasing department. All the raw materials will also be arranged and evaluated to fit the current trend. This will be done on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly), and especially during peak seasons.

Meal Presentation
Presentation plays an important part in delivering the best dining experience to the passengers. ACS also provides meal presentation services that will ensure that each dish will be served in the most elegant manner, thus leveraging the overall quality of the airline’s services.
