Through this part of the production process, ACS will propose a set of menus according to each airline’s needs and requirements. New recipes are created on a regular basis, and presented with competitive prices without sacrifing the overall quality. We welcome and encourage discussions, and our chef is available to speak with you directly to answer any questions and provide assistance. Our menu planning specialists will then manage, analyze and suggest the quantity of the raw materials needed in the kitchen, store and purchasing department. All the raw materials will also be arranged and evaluated to fit the current trend. This will be done on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly), and especially during peak seasons. |
