1973. The seed of Aerowisata International is sown, as Garuda Indonesia established its own in-flight catering company on July 30.
1974. The division is officially named Aero Garuda Dairy Farm Catering Service.
1974. On July 29, the construction of one of Indonesia’s first five-star hotels, the Sanur Beach Hotel in Sanur, Bali, begins.
1974. Satriavi – one of Indonesia’s pioneers in the travel industry  - is established.
1980. Garuda Indonesia Holidays is introduced.
1982. The in-flight catering company became  Angkasa Citra Sarana Catering Service and well known with its brand name Aerowisata Catering Service (ACS).
1983. Garuda Orient Holiday (GOH) is established in Australia.
1986. Aero Jasa Perkasa (AJP), an airline representative for American Airlines and Kenya Airways in Indonesia, is established
1987. Inauguration of Senggigi Beach Lombok on April 11th by Mr. M Taher, Minister of Tourism.
1987. Grand Hotel Preanger joins Aerowisata Group.
1988. A unit specializing in ground transportation for airline and general companies is established under the name of Mandira Erajasa Wahana..
1995. Aerojasa Cargo – known under the brand name of AeroCargo – was established.
2002. Pool Villa Club fully operates.
2003. Garuda Orient Holiday opens its Japanese branch office.
